Od t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch j\u00eddel a nedostatku exotick\u00fdch surovin p\u0159es prvn\u00ed \u201ezdrav\u00e9\u201c experimenty a\u017e po dne\u0161n\u00ed rostlinn\u00e9 alternativy a udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Laktovegetari\u00e1n<\/em>, <em>flexitari\u00e1n<\/em>, <em>rawista <\/em>nebo <em>vegan<\/em>? \u017de v tom m\u00e1te gul\u00e1\u0161? Nevad\u00ed. Na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u0159\u00e1dc\u00edch se pokus\u00edme spole\u010dn\u011b nahl\u00e9dnout pod pokli\u010dku r\u016fzn\u00fdch stravovac\u00edch sm\u011br\u016f a t\u011bchto s nimi souvisej\u00edc\u00edch pojm\u016f a odhalit, v \u010dem se li\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V sou\u010dasnosti toti\u017e existuje cel\u00e1 \u0159ada v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch styl\u016f maj\u00edc\u00edch sv\u00e9 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 vyznava\u010de, kte\u0159\u00ed se jimi dobrovoln\u011b a \u010dasto velmi d\u016fsledn\u011b \u0159\u00edd\u00ed. Krom\u011b \u010distokrevn\u00e9ho vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed nebo veganstv\u00ed si str\u00e1vn\u00edci, diet\u00e1\u0159i, prost\u00ed nad\u0161enci do alternativn\u00edch zp\u016fsob\u016f stravov\u00e1n\u00ed i zarputil\u00ed propag\u00e1to\u0159i reformn\u00edch v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f nebo jedl\u00edci zdrav\u00e9 stravy mohou vybrat z rozmanit\u00fdch variac\u00ed t\u011bchto trend\u016f, kter\u00e9 \u010dasto reflektuj\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed, etick\u00e9, ekologick\u00e9, osobn\u00ed aj. preference. <em>Vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em> i <em>veganstv\u00ed<\/em> jsou u n\u00e1s snad nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi alternativn\u00edmi stravovac\u00edmi sm\u011bry. Slovo <em>vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em> patrn\u011b vzniklo z anglick\u00e9ho <em>vegetarian<\/em>, pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho podle slovn\u00edku <a href=\"https:\/\/www.merriam-webster.com\/dictionary\/vegetarian\">Merriam-Webster<\/a> ji\u017e od roku 1839 a utvo\u0159en\u00e9ho ze spojen\u00ed <em>vegetable<\/em> \u201arostlinn\u00fd\u2018 a p\u0159\u00edpony <em>-arian<\/em> ozna\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed osobu, kter\u00e1 se dr\u017e\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9ho p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, je vyznava\u010dem n\u011bjak\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu. My\u0161lenky vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed se do \u010desk\u00fdch zem\u00ed dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed mj. pr\u00e1v\u011b z Anglie, kde vznik\u00e1 roku 1847 prvn\u00ed vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost. Jeho propagaci se u\u017e od 60. let 19. stolet\u00ed v\u011bnoval pra\u017esk\u00fd \u0161lechtic a zast\u00e1nce zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu Emanuel M\u00edrohorsk\u00fd; v roce 1884 tak\u00e9 napsal knihu s n\u00e1zvem <em>O vegetarismu<\/em>. O n\u011bco pozd\u011bji v roce 1898 se v Praze na Star\u00e9m M\u011bst\u011b v Konviktsk\u00e9 ulici otev\u0159ela prvn\u00ed \u010dist\u011b vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00e1 j\u00eddelna. 1909 pak Ludmila Barthov\u00e1 sepsala na \u010detn\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dosti \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016f listu <em>Nov\u00e1 kultura<\/em> prvn\u00ed \u010deskou vegetari\u00e1nskou kucha\u0159ku se s\u00e1hodlouh\u00fdm titulem <em>Prvn\u00ed \u010desk\u00e1 veget\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 kucha\u0159ka: sb\u00edrka vyzkou\u0161en\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f k p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b chutn\u00fdch a zdrav\u00fdch pokrm\u016f bez masa<\/em>. Tehdej\u0161\u00ed vegetari\u00e1ni nebyli jen \u201ejinak se stravuj\u00edc\u00ed\u201c lid\u00e9 \u2013 \u0161lo o cel\u00e9 hnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 spojovalo z\u00e1jem o zdrav\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edrodu, abstinenci a etick\u00e9 ide\u00e1ly. V\u016fbec nejstar\u0161\u00ed dolo\u017een\u00e9 v\u00fdskyty slov <em>vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em> a <em>vegetari\u00e1n<\/em> v \u010de\u0161tin\u011b poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z <a href=\"https:\/\/bara.ujc.cas.cz\/psjc\/search.php?heslo=vegetari%C3%A1nstv%C3%AD&amp;where=hesla&amp;zobraz_ps=ps&amp;zobraz_cards=cards&amp;pocet_karet=3&amp;ps_next=10-12&amp;ps_heslo=vegetari%C3%A1nstv%C3%AD&amp;ps_startfrom=6&amp;ps_numcards=14&amp;numcchange=no&amp;not_initial=1\">Novo\u010desk\u00e9ho lexik\u00e1ln\u00edho archivu \u00dastavu pro jazyk \u010desk\u00fd<\/a> (1873, p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky kritika F. V obdob\u00ed prvn\u00ed republiky se vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed st\u00e1v\u00e1 symbolem modern\u00edho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu a roz\u0161i\u0159uje se mezi vzd\u011blan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vrstvy a m\u011bstsk\u00e9 intelektu\u00e1ly. Oba pojmy zmi\u0148uje kup\u0159\u00edkladu Karel \u010capek v <em>Anglick\u00fdch listech<\/em> (1924), a to mj. v souvislosti s G. B. Shawem: <em>Je vegetari\u00e1nem, nev\u00edm, zda ze z\u00e1sady nebo z gourmandstv\u00ed; \u010dlov\u011bk nikdy nev\u00ed, maj\u00ed-li lid\u00e9 z\u00e1sady ze z\u00e1sady nebo pro osobn\u00ed pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed.<\/em> Mimochodem v\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee vegetari\u00e1nem byl i t\u0159eba Franz Kafka?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat\u00edmco <em>vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em> (t\u00e9\u017e <em>vegetarianismus<\/em>\/<em>vegetarianizmus<\/em>, p\u0159\u00edp. <em>vegetarismus<\/em>, zastarale <em>veget\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed<\/em>) vylu\u010duje ve strav\u011b maso v\u010detn\u011b ryb, ale \u010dasto do n\u00ed zahrnuje ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a vejce, <em>veganstv\u00ed<\/em> (<em>veganismus<\/em>\/<em>veganizmus<\/em>) z j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku vy\u0159azuje ve\u0161ker\u00e9 \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 produkty, tedy i ml\u00e9ko, vejce, med. Pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed pro konzumenta vegansk\u00e9 stravy \u2013 <em>vegan <\/em>\u2013se v angli\u010dtin\u011b za\u010dalo pou\u017e\u00edvat v roce 1944 (srov. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.merriam-webster.com\/dictionary\/vegan\">Merriam-Webster<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samotn\u00e9 vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed se d\u00e1le rozd\u011bluje do n\u011bkolika odno\u017e\u00ed: <em>ovovegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>,ps\u00e1no t\u00e9\u017e <em>ovo vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed\/ovo-vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em> (prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st z lat. <em>ovum<\/em> \u201avejce\u2018), je strava zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na konzumaci vajec, nikoli v\u0161ak ml\u00e9ka a v\u00fdrobk\u016f z\u00a0n\u011bj; <em>laktovegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em> (n\u011bkdy <em>lakto vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>; slovotvorn\u00fd prvek <em>lakto-<\/em>, pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd jako prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st p\u0159ejat\u00fdch slo\u017eenin, poch\u00e1z\u00ed z lat. <em>l\u0101c<\/em> (2. p\u00e1d <em>lactis<\/em>) \u201aml\u00e9ko\u2018) naopak zahrnuje ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, ale ne vejce; spojen\u00ed obou pak p\u0159edstavuje <em>laktoovovegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em> (p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u011b ps\u00e1no <em>lakto-ovo-vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>,<em> lakto-ovo vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>,<em> laktoovo-vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed <\/em>\u010didokonce <em>ovo-lakto-vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>,<em> ovo-lakto vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>,<em> ovo lakto vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>). <em>Pescovegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em> (\u0159id\u010deji <em>pesco-vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>,<em> pesco vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>) neboli <em>pescetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed <\/em>(prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st slova z ital. <em>pesce<\/em> \u201aryba\u2018; americk\u00fd slovn\u00edk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.merriam-webster.com\/dictionary\/pescatarian\">Merriam-Webster<\/a> ud\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee prvn\u00ed zn\u00e1m\u00e9 u\u017eit\u00ed anglick\u00e9ho ozna\u010den\u00ed osoby stravuj\u00edc\u00ed se podle z\u00e1sad pescetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed \u2013 <em>pescatarian<\/em> \u2013 poch\u00e1z\u00ed z roku 1993; jeden z prvn\u00edch v\u00fdskyt\u016f slova <em>pescovegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em> v\u00a0\u010de\u0161tin\u011b zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 neologick\u00e1 datab\u00e1ze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neologismy.cz\/index.php?retezec=pescovegetari%C3%A1nstv%C3%AD&amp;button=Hledat&amp;prijimam=1&amp;pismena=1&amp;heslar=1&amp;heslar_detail=pescovegetari%C3%A1nstv%C3%AD\">Neomat<\/a> v roce 2005, podoba <em>pescetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed <\/em>je tam evidov\u00e1naa\u017e o patn\u00e1ct let pozd\u011bji) je formou ne\u00fapln\u00e9ho vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed, jeho p\u0159\u00edvr\u017eenci v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ryby a mo\u0159sk\u00e9 plody, ale opom\u00edjej\u00ed \u010derven\u00e9 maso a dr\u016fbe\u017e. Jsou mezi n\u00e1mi i zast\u00e1nci m\u00e9n\u011b striktn\u00edho vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed, tzv. <em>semivegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed <\/em>(<em>polovegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>), kte\u0159\u00ed si ob\u010das maso dop\u0159ej\u00ed, obvykle v mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed nebo jen ur\u010dit\u00e9 druhy (zejm\u00e9na dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00ed a ryby, \u010derven\u00e9 maso jen zcela v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b). N\u011bkdy se semivegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed p\u0159ekr\u00fdv\u00e1 s <em>flexitari\u00e1nstv\u00edm<\/em> (ze spojen\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed slov <em>flexibiln\u00ed<\/em> a <em>vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>;v angli\u010dtin\u011b je poprv\u00e9 pou\u017eito v\u00fdrazu <em>flexitarian<\/em> pro osobu vyzn\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed flexitari\u00e1nstv\u00ed v roce 1998, v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.korpus.cz\/\">SYN v13<\/a> je registrov\u00e1n prvn\u00ed doklad na <em>flexitari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em> z roku 2014) \u2013 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fdm vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00edm \u2013 stylem ve v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b zalo\u017een\u00fdm na p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00e9 strav\u011b, av\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u011b dopln\u011bn\u00e9 masem v bio kvalit\u011b poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm z lok\u00e1ln\u00edch farem. Na rozd\u00edl od pln\u00e9ho vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed nebo veganstv\u00ed je tento styl m\u00e9n\u011b \u201eextr\u00e9mn\u00ed\u201c a snadn\u011bji udr\u017eiteln\u00fd v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b, nem\u00e1 pevn\u011b dan\u00e1 pravidla, jde sp\u00ed\u0161 o\u00a0nastaven\u00ed \u201ev\u00edce rostlinn\u00e9 stravy, m\u00e9n\u011b masa\u201c. <em>Frutari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em> (<em>fruktari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>\/<em>fruitari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>), jeden z nejp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch rostlinn\u00fdch stravovac\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f, je specifick\u00fd druh vegansk\u00e9 stravy, kter\u00fd se zam\u011b\u0159uje t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u00fdhradn\u011b na konzumaci syrov\u00e9ho ovoce, o\u0159ech\u016f a semen, na rozd\u00edl od klasick\u00e9ho veganstv\u00ed nepovoluje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 obiloviny, lu\u0161t\u011bniny ani ko\u0159enovou zeleninu (nap\u0159. brambory, mrkev). Prvn\u00ed u\u017eit\u00ed pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed pro zast\u00e1nce tohoto v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9ho stylu \u2013 <em>fruitarian<\/em> \u2013 se v angli\u010dtin\u011b datuje ji\u017e do roku 1893. U n\u00e1s poch\u00e1zej\u00ed nejstar\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1znamy vztahuj\u00edc\u00ed se k ozna\u010den\u00ed tohoto sm\u011bru v neologick\u00e9 datab\u00e1zi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neologismy.cz\/index.php?retezec=fruitari%C3%A1nstv%C3%AD&amp;button=Hledat&amp;prijimam=1&amp;pismena=1&amp;heslar=1&amp;heslar_detail=fruitari%C3%A1nstv%C3%AD\">Neomat<\/a> a\u017e z let 1995 (podoba <em>fruitari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>) a 1998 (<em>fruktari\u00e1nstv\u00ed<\/em>); ob\u011b varianty n\u00e1sledn\u011b registruje i slovn\u00edk <em>Nov\u00e1 slova v \u010de\u0161tin\u011b. Slovn\u00edk neologizm\u016f 2<\/em> (2004), zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed novou slovn\u00ed z\u00e1sobu z let 1996\u20132002. Tento \u010dasov\u00fd posun lze od\u016fvodnit faktem, \u017ee samotn\u00e9 fruktari\u00e1nstv\u00ed jako\u017eto okrajov\u00fd v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fd sm\u011br v r\u00e1mci veganstv\u00ed u n\u00e1s nem\u00e1 historickou tradici. U\u017e od 19. stolet\u00ed sice v \u010cech\u00e1ch existovali propag\u00e1to\u0159i p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed syrov\u00e9 stravy nebo ovocn\u00fdch diet, ale skute\u010dn\u00fd po\u010d\u00e1tek tohoto trendu lze zaznamenat a\u017e po roce 1990, kdy vznik\u00e1 prostor pro import alternativn\u00edch dietn\u00edch knih ze Z\u00e1padu, \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed makrobiotiky a vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed apod. V t\u00e9 dob\u011b se objevuj\u00ed prvn\u00ed jednotlivci, kte\u0159\u00ed se ozna\u010duj\u00ed za fruktari\u00e1ny, typicky v r\u00e1mci ekologick\u00fdch a esoterick\u00fdch komunit. Teprve v prvn\u00ed dek\u00e1d\u011b nov\u00e9ho mil\u00e9nia spolu s \u00e9rou internetu a se vznikem diskusn\u00edch f\u00f3r o veganstv\u00ed a raw food p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed i prvn\u00ed bloge\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed praktikuj\u00ed ovocnou stravu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch sm\u011br\u016f zalo\u017een\u00fdch t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u00fdhradn\u011b na rostlinn\u00e9 strav\u011b se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me ke styl\u016fm, kter\u00e9 za\u0159azen\u00ed masa do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku v r\u016fzn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed. Jedn\u00edm z nich je pr\u00e1v\u011b styl <em>raw food<\/em> (m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto ps\u00e1no dohromady <em>rawfood<\/em>) \u010di <em>raw strava<\/em>, zkr\u00e1cen\u011b jen <em>raw<\/em> (z angl. <em>raw<\/em> [ro\u02d0] znamen\u00e1 \u201asyrov\u00fd, neva\u0159en\u00fd, bez tepeln\u00e9ho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed\u2018 a <em>food<\/em> [fu\u02d0t] \u201aj\u00eddlo\u2018), co\u017e je extr\u00e9mn\u00ed forma veganstv\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e1 na v\u00fdhradn\u00ed konzumaci tepeln\u011b neupraven\u00fdch potravin z d\u016fvodu zachov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich p\u0159irozen\u00fdch \u017eivin a enzym\u016f; p\u0159\u00edznivci raw stravy jed\u00ed jen syrov\u00e9 ovoce, zeleninu, o\u0159echy, semena, lu\u0161t\u011bniny, nakl\u00ed\u010den\u00e9 obil\u00ed, ob\u010das mohou za\u0159adit syrov\u00e9 nebo su\u0161en\u00e9 maso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principy veganstv\u00ed a raw stravy, tj. konzumace pouze syrov\u00fdch potravin rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu bez tepeln\u00e9 \u00fapravy (syrov\u00e9ho ovoce a zeleniny, o\u0159ech\u016f, semen, kl\u00ed\u010dk\u016f, su\u0161en\u00fdch plod\u016f a fermentovan\u00fdch potravin, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b syrov\u00e9ho masa nebo syrov\u00fdch vajec a nezpracovan\u00fdch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f), kombinuje <em>vitari\u00e1nstv\u00ed <\/em>(<em>vitarianismus\/vitarianizmus<\/em>), n\u011bkdy ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako <em>raw veganstv\u00ed \/ raw veganismus<\/em>. Tento stravovac\u00ed styl m\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b dlouhou historii. Nejedn\u00e1 se v\u016fbec o m\u00f3dn\u00ed v\u00fdst\u0159elek modern\u00ed doby, ale o sm\u011br, kter\u00fd vznikl u\u017e v 19. stolet\u00ed. A jeho ko\u0159eny sahaj\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b d\u00e1l \u2013 syrovou rostlinnou stravu jako cestu k \u010distot\u011b t\u011bla a mysli toti\u017e doporu\u010dovaly ji\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 starov\u011bk\u00e9 civilizace. Tento styl v\u00fd\u017eivy inspirovan\u00fd stravou prav\u011bk\u00fdch lid\u00ed \u2013 lovc\u016f a sb\u011bra\u010d\u016f \u2013 popularizoval ale ji\u017e v 70. letech 20. stolet\u00ed americk\u00fd gastroenterolog Walter L. Na j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku konzument\u016f paleo stravyp\u0159eva\u017euje maso, zelenina, ovoce, o\u0159echy, mus\u00ed se v\u0161ak obej\u00edt bez obilovin, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f a pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00fdch potravin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slovo <em>paleo<\/em> poch\u00e1z\u00ed z \u0159eck\u00e9ho <em>palaios<\/em> \u201ad\u00e1vnov\u011bk\u00fd, prastar\u00fd\u2018. Cel\u00e9 spojen\u00ed je ale doslovn\u011b p\u0159elo\u017eeno z anglick\u00e9ho <em>paleolithic diet <\/em>(v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b anglick\u00e9ho <em>diet <\/em>jde o v\u00fdznam \u201astravov\u00e1n\u00ed podle vymezen\u00fdch z\u00e1sad\u2018, nikoli o \u010desk\u00e9 \u201eomezov\u00e1n\u00ed se\u201c v j\u00eddle).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V posledn\u00edch zhruba deseti letech se do pov\u011bdom\u00ed \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed ve\u0159ejnosti dostala tak\u00e9 <em>ketogenn\u00ed <\/em>neboli<em> ketonov\u00e1 dieta <\/em>\u010di <em>ketodieta <\/em>(m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto ps\u00e1no zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 <em>keto dieta<\/em>). M\u00e1lokdo mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00ed, \u017ee jej\u00ed po\u010d\u00e1tky sahaj\u00ed ji\u017e do 20. let minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed, p\u016fvodn\u011b slou\u017eila jako l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e1 metoda pro d\u011bti s epilepsi\u00ed, teprve postupn\u011b se z n\u00ed stala popul\u00e1rn\u00ed dieta pro hubnut\u00ed, tedy zp\u016fsob stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd v\u00fdrazn\u011b omezuje sacharidy a naopak zvy\u0161uje p\u0159\u00edjem tuk\u016f, s m\u00edrn\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm b\u00edlkovin. C\u00edlem je dostat se do stavu odborn\u011b naz\u00fdvan\u00e9ho<em> ket\u00f3za<\/em>, kdy t\u011blo za\u010dne spalovat tuky jako hlavn\u00ed zdroj energie. Zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 isubstantivum <em>paleovegan<\/em> (\u201akdo kombinuje paleodietu a\u00a0veganstv\u00ed\u2018) a jeho synonymum <em>pegan<\/em>, d\u00e1le <em>vegebistro<\/em> (tzv. blend vznikl\u00fd spojen\u00edm \u010d\u00e1sti slova <em>vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00fd<\/em> a <em>bistro<\/em>) s v\u00fdznamem \u201amen\u0161\u00ed restaurace nebo bufet poskytuj\u00edc\u00ed rychl\u00e9 vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00e9 ob\u010derstven\u00ed\u2018i obouvidov\u00e9 sloveso <em>veganizovat<\/em> (a dokonav\u00e9 sloveso <em>zveganizovat<\/em>) s dv\u011bma\u00a0v\u00fdznamy: 1. p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat, p\u0159izp\u016fsobit pokrm nebo recept tak, aby byl\u00a0vhodn\u00fd pro vegany; 2. z\u00edsk\u00e1vat, z\u00edskat n\u011bkoho pro veganskou stravu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a>Co byste na z\u00e1v\u011br \u0159ekli tomu, kdybychom si p\u0159ipravili \u010deskou klasiku \u2013 sv\u00ed\u010dkovou om\u00e1\u010dku \u2013 ov\u0161em trochu v jin\u00e9m h\u00e1vu. Zkr\u00e1tka tak, aby si v n\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd z \u201ealternativn\u00edch\u201c str\u00e1vn\u00edk\u016f na\u0161el to sv\u00e9 a m\u011bl p\u0159itom v \u017ealudku jako v pokoj\u00ed\u010dku. Tenhle experiment bychom mohli nazvat sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e1 stokr\u00e1t jinak. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 bude zachovat charakter cel\u00e9ho pokrmu \u2013 kr\u00e9movou om\u00e1\u010dku \u201esv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e9\u201c chuti. A tak\u00e9 zvolit vhodnou n\u00e1hra\u017eku masa a p\u0159\u00edlohu.
